How to Add Prepaid Card to Cash App
Cash App is a convenient way to pay your friends, family members and even organizations. But, adding a prepaid card to Cash App can be a little confusing if you’re new to the app or not familiar with how it works. So, here’s how you can add prepaid card to the Cash App wallet:
Step 1: Go to the “Cards” page.
Launch the Cash App and tap the “Cards” button at the bottom of the main page.
Step 2: Choose “Add Card”.
Tap the “+ Add Card” option.
Step 3: Enter your prepaid card details.
Add the following details of your prepaid card to the provided field by taping over it:
- Card Number: Enter the 16-digit card number of your prepaid card.
- Expiry Date: Add the expiry date of the prepaid card.
- CVV: Add the CVV security code.
- Zip Code: Enter the zip code associated with the prepaid card.
Step 4: Agree to the terms and continue with the process.
Read the terms in the appearing page, tap the “Agree” option and complete the process.
Step 5: Verify your identity.
Verify your identity by either entering the 4-digit PIN or by using your fingerprint.
Step 6: Verify your prepaid card.
This step is to verify your card. Verify your prepaid card by either entering the last 4 digits of the card or by entering the exact amount Cash App sends you in a test deposit.
